Personal and Relationship Coach

A relationship focused coach that has worked with clients from all corners of the world and can help you make a lasting impact in your life and relationships!

What I do…

I want nothing more than to see people love themselves and each other a little better. While love is in and of itself a driving force, being in a relationship requires skill. My couples and I often explore subjects such as these:

  • How do I communicate my needs?

  • Better yet, how do I identify my needs?

  • How do we reconcile and rebuild trust when a rupture has occurred?

  • How can we both reconnect after a difficult experience?

  • What do we do when the same problem keeps coming up without any real solutions?

Our sessions together are meant to provide perspective, clarity and real suggestions that you can implement in your relationship or in your life.

What My Clients Have To Say

What is coaching?

Personal and Relationship Coaching

The primary focus of coaching is to help you achieve your personal goals and aid in your development. Many coaches will use tools and techniques backed up by years of research and scientific study to guide you in this process. There is an abundance of psychological and sociological knowledge available and an effective coach will make recommendations that are specifically suited to you. The purpose of coaching is to explore the many components of well-being including habits, friendships, relationships and your relationship with self.

While coaching sees overlap with therapy, where it differs is that therapy can also focus on the diagnosis and treatment plan for mental health concerns such as depression or anxiety.

If you are interested in working on your personal or interpersonal development, focus on finding someone to work with that you feel comfortable speaking to. The efficacy of your sessions is impacted by your comfort level with the professional that you are working with.
